University Unitarian Universalist Society
Unitarian Universalism is a worldwide religious movement based on a foundation of seven principles. We are a diverse, caring, justice-seeking community. We gather in eastern Orlando, Florida, for fellowship, intellectual challenge and growth, affirmation and celebration of shared values, and service to humanity. We welcome people from all walks of life, religious backgrounds, race and sexual orientation.
We are a lay-led congregation. Sunday Services feature talks by visiting ministers, academics and experts on topics of interest.
Our lifespan religious education ("RE") program teaches our children about the great faiths of the world, about social justice, the wonders of the natural world and ethical decision making. Our vibrant youth group, Beacon, attracts high-school students from the greater community. The Adult RE program sponsors lively discussions every Sunday morning.

Speak out against Bad Immigration Reform
The state of Alabama recently adopted an immigration law that impacts human dignity and the economy of the state. The Florida legislature is beginning to discuss similar legislation. You can do something about this now.
Become a Chalice Lighter
What is a Chalice Lighter?
A Chalice Lighter is a growth-oriented Unitarian Universalist with vision, who strengthens the growth of Unitarian Universalism across the Florida District by periodically giving a small amount to help a nearby Unitarian Universalist congregation expand its ministries.
Corporations are NOT Citizens
As a society we support Hope Foundation, Planned Parenthood, the Farm Workers of Apopka, 2nd Harvest Food Bank, Coalition for the Homeless, and a separate food drive for the Hope Foundation, also members of our own congregation through Pastoral Concerns. These charity organizations are coming under attack by a coalition of selfish groups.
